Glacier Bay Books

Glacier Bay Books is a small independent publisher founded in 2019/2020 and initially based in Oregon, USA. We focus on indie & alternative manga, works in translation, contemporary literature and art, and the small press scene. In 2022 we moved to Manitoba, Canada, while maintaining our warehouse in the USA. We publish the groundbreaking indie manga anthology Glaeolia, the first issue of which has been recognized at multiple venues [1, 2, 3] as a best book of 2020. Our works have been feature at The Comics Journal and Broken Pencil Magazine. We maintain a comprehensive catalogue of our publications here. In addition to our own titles, Glacier Bay occasionally distros others’ works in our shop, primarily small press and self published international comics.
