Graphic Novel detailing the run-up and events of the Irish Civil War of 1922/1923.
The Irish Civil War took place just after the War of Independence from Britain and was largely a result of the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921.
Slowly, a difference of opinion became a violent conflict. People who had fought side by side for Irish freedom were now enemies. The early fighting in Dublin spread around the country. As it went on, the Civil War became more personal and the atrocities more extreme. By the time a ceasefire was called in April 1923, some unforgivable acts had occurred.
Many of these actions are only being laid to rest now, a century later.
