Kindred

Kindred is a zine about early motherhood. It originally started as a note in my notes app titled “nine months in, nine months out” - I wanted to make a list of all the little things I worried I would forget when I went back to work and my daughter Moya started at nursery, no longer spending every waking moment together. Over the months as the list grew, it began to feel like something bigger - and so I decided to create some illustrations to accompany it.
