Canadian animated feature in which a glowing green orb from outer space, the Lock-Nar, is spreading destruction throughout the galaxy and only when it encounters its ultimate enemy can goodness once again reign. Its effects on humankind are illustrated in a series of short stories - in one, a New York cabbie teams up with a seductive woman who is on the run. Another tale features a bookworm (voice of John Candy) who finds himself transformed into a brawny warrior.
